- Educational Qualification:
- Master Degree in Hindi with proficiency in English Language या Master Degree in English with proficiency in Hindi Language.
- Proficiency in use of Computer आवश्यक।
- Law Graduate Candidates को Extra Preference।
- Other Conditions:
- Candidate को India का Citizen होना चाहिए।

Selection Process
Selection दो Phases में होगा:
Phase-I (Screening Test – 100 Marks)
- English Knowledge (25 Marks)
- General Hindi (25 Marks)
- Computer Knowledge (20 Marks)
- General Aptitude (15 Marks)
- Reasoning (15 Marks)
- Negative Marking नहीं होगी।
Phase-II (Written Test + Skill Test – 150 Marks)
(A) Written Test – 100 Marks
- English to Hindi Translation (300 Words – 50 Marks)
- Hindi to English Translation (300 Words – 50 Marks)
- प्रत्येक Mistake पर ½ Mark Deduct होगा।
(B) Skill Test – 50 Marks
- Hindi Typing Test (250 Words – 25 Marks)
- English Typing Test (300 Words – 25 Marks)
- प्रत्येक Typing Test में Minimum 10 Marks आवश्यक।

How to Apply
Step 1: Official Website Visit करें
- Candidate को सबसे पहले Official Website @https://vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in/ Open करनी होगी।
- Website खुलने के बाद Home Page पर Latest Recruitment Section दिखाई देगा।
Step 2: Recruitment Section चुनें
- Home Page पर उपलब्ध “Translator Recruitment 2025” Link पर क्लिक करें।
- इस Link पर क्लिक करने के बाद Online Application Page Open होगा।
Step 3: New Registration करें
- सबसे पहले Candidate को Registration करना होगा।
- Registration Form में Candidate का Name, Mobile Number, Email ID Fill करना होगा।
- Mobile Number और Email पर OTP आएगा जिसे Verify करना होगा।
- OTP Verify करने के बाद Candidate को Login ID और Password Generate हो जाएगा।
Step 4: Application Form Fill करें
- Login ID और Password से Portal में Login करें।
- अब Application Form में Candidate को Personal Details (जैसे Name, Father’s Name, DOB, Address),
Educational Details (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post Graduation), और Category Details Fill करनी होंगी। - Post Preference (अगर लागू हो) को भी सही से Select करें।
Step 5: Documents Upload करें
- Candidate को सभी जरूरी Documents की Scanned Copy Upload करनी होगी।
- Passport Size Photograph (Light Background में)
- Signature (Blue/Black Pen से White Paper पर)
- 10th / 12th Marksheet
- Master Degree Certificate
- Domicile Certificate (Chhattisgarh का)
- Caste Certificate (अगर लागू हो)
- Experience Certificate (अगर मांगा गया हो)
- Documents Upload करते समय File Size और Format (JPG/PDF) का ध्यान रखें।
Step 6: Application Fee Pay करें
- Category के अनुसार Application Fee Pay करनी होगी।
- General – ₹350/- | OBC – ₹250/- | SC/ST – ₹200/-
- Payment Online Mode से होगा (Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI)।
- Payment Successfully होने के बाद Fee Receipt Generate होगी।
Step 7: Form Preview & Final Submit करें
- Candidate को Form Submit करने से पहले पूरा Preview Check करना चाहिए।
- Name, Date of Birth, Educational Details, Category Details, Uploaded Documents सही से Verify करें।
- अगर कोई गलती है तो Correction करें और फिर Final Submit करें।
Step 8: Print Out निकालें
- Final Submit करने के बाद Application Form और Fee Receipt की PDF Save करें।
- Future Reference और Document Verification के लिए Print Out जरूर निकालें।
