About OSSP & Scope

Online Student Seva Portal (OSSP) is an educational information platform that aggregates, explains and links to official resources for Exams, Admissions, Results, Admit Cards, Syllabus, Merit Lists, Scholarships/Yojana, and Govt/Private Jobs. These Terms govern your use of the Website and Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using the Services, creating an account, submitting a form, joining our WhatsApp/Telegram, or making a purchase (if available), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all referenced policies.

Eligibility & Territory

  • You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with parental/guardian consent.
  • Services are primarily intended for users in India, but may be accessible elsewhere subject to local laws.

Accounts, Security & Notifications

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and devices secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We may send service, transactional, or security notifications via email/WhatsApp/Telegram if you opted in. You can unsubscribe/leave channels anytime.

User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

We may remove content or restrict access for violations.

Content Ownership & Licence

  • OSSP Content: Text, layout, logos, graphics, images, tables, and compilations on the Services are owned by OSSP or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.
  • Limited Licence to You: We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for non-commercial, informational purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • You may link to our pages and share short excerpts with clear attribution and a live source link. Do not copy full articles or republish systematically without written permission.

User Submissions & Licence to OSSP

If you submit content (queries, comments, tips, attachments, feedback), you:

  • Warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
  • Grant OSSP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt such content for operating and improving the Services.
  • Accept that we may moderate, edit, or remove submissions that violate laws or policies.

Our Services may link to or integrate third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Cloud/CDN, YouTube embeds, Razorpay for payments). Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

  • OSSP is not a government website, and we are not affiliated with any authority unless explicitly stated.
  • We summarise official notices and provide direct links to sources. Always verify critical decisions on the official website/notification.

Accuracy, Availability & Modifications

  • We aim for accuracy and timely updates, but content may become outdated due to later notifications, corrigenda, or policy changes.
  • We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or content at any time without notice.

Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • If we offer paid products/services, fees and taxes (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
  • Payments may be processed by Razorpay or other compliant gateways. We do not store full card data.
  • Refunds: Unless stated on a specific product/page, digital items and services are generally non-refundable except where required by law. For any refund request, email onlinestudentseva[at]gmail.com with your order ID and reason.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
  • Exclusive jurisdiction lies with competent courts at Chhattisgarh, subject to applicable law.
  • Nothing limits any party’s right to seek injunctive or equitable relief for IP or confidentiality breaches.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, governmental action, internet outages, or service provider failures.

Severability, Entire Agreement & Waiver

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and OSSP regarding the Services.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
